Account Manager (Sales)

Location - Chesham, Bucks (Office Based)

Salary - upon application (Salary + Bonus)

Are you a highly motivated salesperson who loves the buzz of closing sales and earning money? The Window Film Company® is looking for someone to win sales to meet and exceed agreed targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to and follow up commercial and residential sales enquiries using appropriate methods to close.
  • Develop new leads, contacts and clients through targeted outbound campaigns that will deliver repeat business and long term value.
  • Maintain and develop existing and new customers to optimise quality of service, business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed targets set for sales, conversion rates and same-day sales.
  • Record, analyse, report and administer according to systems and requirements.
  • Communicate, liaise and negotiate with customers to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.
  • Possible for development of role to include meetings with clients/site meetings.

Key Skills Required:

  • Highly results focussed.
  • Proven sales and client relationship management skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to operate alone and unsupervised.
  • Good computer skills - we use Word, Excel, Outlook as well as our own CRM system.
  • Dedication to providing excellent customer service
  • Knowledge of window film is not essential as fully product training will be given.

Production Assistant - Vacancy now filled

Location: Unit 6 Anglo Business Park, Asheridge Road, Chesham, Bucks, HP5 2QA

Salary: Upon application, dependent upon experience.

We require a hardworking, organised individual who has an ability to work to deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare window film to fulfil online orders.
  • Prepare orders for despatch, including boxing up and label preparation.
  • Assist in the preparation of graphics and film for jobs being installed, including printed and cut vinyl and printed wallpaper.
  • Maintain stock levels of window film for online supply.
  • Use and care of UV and solvent printers.
  • Use of laminators and slitting machines.
  • Use of online customer database.
  • Cut and produce vinyl graphics to fulfil online orders.
  • Prepare proofs for clients using Adobe Illustrator.
  • Maintain a clean and workable office environment.

Technical Skills (Full training provided)

  • The successful candidate will need to be computer literate.
  • Any knowledge of Signlab and Adobe Illustrator would be an advantage.
  • Any previous experience in cutting and producing vinyl graphics would also be beneficial.

Core Skills

  • Good organisation and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively in order to hit deadlines.
  • Willingness to learn.

This is a varied and busy role within the office, with core hours of Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. Please note; there may occasionally be a requirement to work later during busy periods.

Office Administrator - Vacancy now filled

The successful candidadte will be a confident and organised individual with excellent customer service skills and an ability to work in a structured and efficient way.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering phone calls in our busy Chesham office and directing them to the appropriate team member.
  • You will often be the first point of contact for customers and you will be required to assist with general enquiries and respond to questions about existing orders.
  • On occasion, you will be required to take orders over the phone.
  • Responding to emails in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Ordering and maintaining stock of uniform and equipment for our teams of installers.
  • Calling customers to finalise installation times and dates.
  • The population and printing of worksheets and other associated documents.
  • Managing requests for documentation, including Operations and Maintenance (O & M) forms.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing post.
  • Assisting members of the accounts team and other departments when necessary.

Skills:

  • Computer literate, specifically proficiency in email, Excel and Word.
  • Accurate typing skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • The ability to show initiative and to solve problems.
  • A willingness to learn about our full range fo products and services. (Full training will be provided)

Hours and environment:

The core hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm.

Durign exceptionally busy periods, it may, on occasion, be necessary to work outside these hours. The role is office based at our Headquarters in Chesham, Buckinghamshire.

Experienced Window Film Installers

Location: Installations carried out nationwide. Headquarters in Chesham, Buckinghamshire.

Salary: Upon application, dependent upon experience.

Due to continued growth, we require experienced window film installers to join our team. Installations take place throughout the country, with our operational base in Chesham, Buckinghamshire.

  • Excellent product knowledge and experience in fitting an extensive range of window film products is essential, with a working knowledge of additional products such as digital wallpaper an advantage.
  • As a member of the team you will be installing window film and printed graphics in a range of environments, including commercial, retail and residential properties. As such, excellent customer service skills are vital.
  • Full training will be provided where necessary, but existing certification such as CS/CS, IPAF and PASMA would be beneficial.
  • A full UK driving licence is necessary.

Trainee Window Film Installers

Location: Installations carried out nationwide. Headquarters in Chesham, Buckinghamshire.

Salary: Upon application, dependent upon experience.

We are currently looking for new window film installers to join our existing teams travelling around the country installing our range of window film, manifestation and interior graphics.

You do not need to have experience installing window film, but experience working in homes and offices as a tradesman will be an advantage.

Excellent customer relation skills are essential as you will be visiting homes, business and construction sites.

Estimator/Sales Manager - Vacancy now filled

Location - Chesham, Bucks (or Clerkenwell or Birmingham if more suitable for right candidate)

Salary - dependent on experience

This vacancy will be based from our offices in Chesham, Bucks. However, for the right candidate, there may be the option to be based at our offices in Clerkenwell or Birmingham if more suitable.

Your role as an Estimator/Sales Manager will involve preparing quotations from tender enquiries which are sent to us by Main Contractors with drawings and technical information supplied about the projects.

As well as understanding the requirements of the tender quotation, you will also be required to track the stages of that particular project to ensure that we know when key decisions are to be made. This may be by using our construction database research tools, as well as phone calls direct to the contractor to keep in touch.

You will also be required to expand our contact and client list through business development. Do we know all of the key decision makers within that organisation? Are there any current projects that we can also help them with?

Fast turnaround is needed with our tenders so you must be able to work efficiently and communicate well over the phone in the situations where you may have questions about the project.

Experience within one of the following industries would be useful but not essential;

  • Window Film & Manifestation
  • Construction
  • Office Fitout & Refurbishment
  • Office Partitions & Glazing
  • Large Format Graphic Printing & Signage Solutions
  • Interior Graphics & Window Graphics

You will need to be able to take off sizes from scaled drawings. These are usually supplied to us electronically, so experience using some form of CAD software would be beneficial.

Written quotations are prepared in Microsoft Excel and Word with a computer based price calculator to ensure consistant pricing on projects.

Experience using a CRM such as Salesforce is an advantage.

Excellent communication skills required. Both over the telephone and face to face if needed.

Full product training as well as technical training on all of the items above will be provided.
