REVELLING IN REEDED FILM

EVOKE® reeded window film is the cost-efficient and highly effective way of giving standardglass the sought after and stylish appearance of reeded or fluted glass.

Reeded glass continues to be en vogue, with the linear, textured effect adding a stylish ,retro chic appearance to glass. While the aesthetic appeal of reeded glass and window filmis a primary consideration, it also provides a level of privacy while still allowing light to pass through.



The textured surface distorts the view, making it difficult to see details through the glass, which is ideal for areas like bathrooms, office partitions, or any location where both lightand privacy are desired.


This project saw EVOKE reeded window film applied to a number of glass partitions throughout a large, stylish office space in Essex.

Unlike permanently textured glass, reededfilm can be easily applied and removed, in turn makes it a flexible option for those who want to update the look of their space on a regular basis. That said, on this occasion, the curved nature of some the glazing meant that installation required skill and experience – attributes that The Window Film Company’s installers all have!



Once the film was in place it delivered on its dual purpose in a striking, eye-catching fashion.The stylish effect lifted the entire space, with the reeded appearance running throughout the office and delivering the desired retro, vintage style. It also served to provide the required privacy – with the band of film running centrally across the partitions.
