The Window Film Company offer custom-created, bespoke window films to deliver a range of solutions, including stylish and eye-catching privacy films.

This project, for a London-based client, required the creation and installation of a custom created privacy window film, that would also meet manifestation requirements. Manifestation markings are required to ensure that glass (usually large panes like partitions or glass doors) are clearly visible, and as such, must feature markings of a minimum size that provide a contrasting appearance with the background.

In office settings, manifestation markings can often be used to deliver an element of privacy, usually achieved by adding a band of window film or graphics across the central section of glass partitions or doors. That was the solution agreed upon for this project, with The Window Film Company engaged to print and install a bespoke set of films across 30 large glass panels.

The design was supplied by the client, allowing The Window Film Company’s in-house design and print team to create the exact finish required, experimenting with various opacities to deliver the precise look desired.

The repeated pattern was printed onto over 52 square metres of optically clear window film before being installed throughout the premises by a team of The Window Film Company’s expert fitters.

Once in place, the eye-catching graphics provided an element of privacy for those working the other side of the glass, ensured manifestation requirements were met, and also gave the premises a stylish new look.
