FEEFO GOLD & THE IMPORTANCE OF REVIEWS

The Window Film Company is delighted to have been awarded “Gold Trusted Merchant” status by online feedback company Feefo.

The accreditation is given to companies that deliver a satisfaction rating of between 95% and 100% over the course of a calendar year and it is the second year in succession that The Window Film Company has achieved this standard. Managing Director Micky Calcott was understandably pleased with the news and said:

“It’s great to achieve this standard again. We’ve been using the service for two years and we’ve met the gold standard on both occasions, so it’s an accolade myself and the team are proud of. We work hard to make the customer experience as positive as possible, so to have it confirmed with this recognition is rewarding.”

Whilst obviously pleased with overwhelmingly positive percentage of responses, he also explained that The Window Film Company use less favourable reviews as a way of improving the business:

“At The Window Film Company we’ve developed a culture that understands the value of criticism. Whilst we strive to ensure that complaints are kept to an absolute minimum, we recognise that when handled correctly, they can help us to improve the service we provide. Whenever a customer shares a less positive experience with us, we take the time to understand exactly what the issue was, how we can rectify it and perhaps most importantly of all; what we can learn from it.

This is why I don’t understand why some companies still insist on using fake reviews. (A marketing company was recently exposed as having written hundreds of fake reviews). By doing so, companies are missing out on potentially valuable feedback that could help improve their service, whilst also harming the reputation of legitimate online reviews. We’re proud of the great feedback we receive, but are perhaps prouder still of what we’ve done when customers have told us we haven’t got it quite right.”
