PERFECT PERFORMANCE

The Window Film Company recently completed the print and installation of Contra Vision one-way graphics at a London office development, delivering bold signage as well as an effective privacy solution.

One-way graphics are an excellent way of achieving a number of requirements and can be created using patented Contra Vision technology. This project utilised the Contra Vision “Performance” method, which uses a perforated base material. The design is printed onto the front of the film, delivering a bright, vibrant appearance, with the reverse left blank. The human eye automatically joins the gaps between the perforations on the blank side of the film, providing a view from the inside out.

The printed film was required to provide details about office space to let in a newly refurbished development, so the image had to be professional looking, easy to read from the street  and in full colour. With the ground floors occupied, it was important that the graphics could be applied without sacrificing the view from the interior, hence the requirement for Contra Vision.

The film was printed using one of The Window Film Company’s state of the art wide format printers, before being hand finished and trimmed to the exact size required. This combination of technology and hand finishing ensures a perfect finish and allows for each panel to be carefully checked before being despatched for installation.

The four large panels were installed by one of The Window Film Company’s vastly experienced fitting teams, who used a 3 metre tower to complete the installation project. The film was applied to four large panes over an area of 3 square metres, providing an immediate and striking visual message on the exterior of the building, whilst preserving the view for those inside.
