The Window Film Company has completed an eye-catching installation of one way graphics as part of an office refurbishment programme in South London.

After receiving a request to create several large panels of full colour one way graphics, The Window Film Company utilised the patented Contra Vision Impress print method to deliver stunning results.

The method involves the printing of several different layers of colour onto optically clear window film to create the one-way effect. Firstly, a layer of black lines is printed, then a layer of white, followed by the colour print of the graphics. On this occasion, the print was carried out in reverse order, to allow the graphics to be printed to the internal face of the glass, whilst still appearing in the correct configuration.

The benefit of this technique is clear. On the external side, bright, vibrant, colourful and professional graphics are visible to passers-by and those looking for the property. The graphics serve to raise brand awareness whilst also acting as impressive looking signage; whilst inside, customers and staff have their view to the exterior maintained.

The graphics were supplied to The Window Film Company’s in-house graphics and print team, who created proofs and samples to ensure the client, was happy with the proposed method and material. With sign off received, the graphics were printed using state of the art print machinery at The Window Film Company’s Buckinghamshire base.

With the offices undergoing a refurbishment process, it was important to arrange the installation for a time that would allow unobstructed access to the glass and this was done by the dedicated operations team.

The film was then installed by a team of The Window Film Company’s experienced and fully qualified fitting teams, delivering an immediately effective, stylish and prominent result.
