CUSTOMER SERVICE AWARD FINALIST 2016

We’re delighted to announce that The Window Film Company has been confirmed as a finalist in the 2016 Buckinghamshire Business Awards.

The Window Film Company is on a shortlist of three in the “Excellence in Customer Service” category, one of twelve prestigious awards that will be announced at a gala dinner in June.

The Buckinghamshire Business Awards are now in their tenth year and are run by Buckinghamshire Business First, an organisation focussed on providing businesses in the area with knowledge, support  and advice. In speaking of the news, our Managing Director Micky Calcott said:

“I’m proud to have established a business in Buckinghamshire and with the awards celebrating their tenth birthday it felt like an appropriate time to get involved. We work incredibly hard to deliver the best possible customer service, so that struck me as an obvious category to enter.

The entry process was comprehensive and was in itself a valuable exercise. The questions asked of us gave us the ideal opportunity to closely examine how well we are performing, allowing us to highlight the areas in which we’ve excelled, but also providing the ideal opportunity to identify areas where we feel we can get even better.

Our aim is definitely to win the award, but to be a finalist in such a keenly contested category is a real honour and I’m delighted that all of the hard work put in by my colleagues has been recognised. Representatives from each department will be attending the awards evening and whatever the result, we’ll make sure we enjoy the evening.”

The Window Film Company has had a base in Buckinghamshire since being founded in 1998.
