Frostbrite frosted window film is one of the popular products on the market for a reason. It’s durability, stylish appearance and suitability as a solution in a range of situations means it continues to be utilised by a wide range of customers.

The primary use of The Window Film Company’s Frostbrite film is to deliver privacy. Once it is applied, it gives glass the appearance of acid-etched or sandblasted glass. The effect prevents vision from both sides of the glass whilst also allowing natural light to pass through the film, ensuring a pleasant environment in which to live or work. One of the most popular uses is for providing privacy for meeting rooms – a technique that was employed by a Berkshire based recruitment firm.

As a recruitment agency, meetings take place on a regular basis, with a large and spacious office playing host to a number of designated meeting rooms. A modern office, many of the walls were formed by floor to ceiling glass partitions. Whilst the large panels of glazing give the office a sleek and stylish appearance, they don’t provide any privacy, so The Window Film Company were approached for a solution.

As well as privacy, the firm wanted to incorporate branding into the solution, another reason for the selection of Frostbrite frosted film. The make-up of the film makes it a perfect surface for printing onto, with The Window Film Company able to use state of the art print technology to recreate images, designs or text in full colour. On this occasion, the requirement was for the company name to be recreated on the film. The logo was supplied along with measurements of each panel, allowing The Window Film Company’s in-house graphics team to create proofs and samples for the client to check and sign off.

With the film and design agreed, printing took place at The Window Film Company’s Chesham headquarters, with each panel finished and checked by hand to ensure the appropriate quality.

The film was then installed by an experienced and fully qualified fitting team, the install taking place at a time and date agreed in advance. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently, delivering a stylish privacy solution in keeping with the office’s sleek décor with the minimum of fuss.
