Amber 81 is a specialist window film, designed for use when the ultimate in UV protection is required.

The film is amber in colour and it is this that provides the UV protection, blocking UV light into the low visible light region. This high level of protection makes the film suitable for use in research laboratories, medical facilities, clean rooms and photography labs.

Amber 81 is also ideal for providing protection to those with photosensitivity or other skin related conditions, the film serving to delivering comprehensive UV protection whilst still allowing an element of light to pass through the glass.

When using film for medical purposes, it is important to always seek professional advice before using this film.

The instructional video on the left will provide you with an easy to follow guide to fitting patterned window film. The video is a little over two minutes and clearly illustrates the steps you will need to follow to ensure a professional level application.

This is a DIY product and the installation process is relatively straightforward, but we do urge you to take the time to view the instructions before beginning to fit the film.

Written step by step instructions are included with your order, and you will also receive a free plastic squeegee for use when installing your film.

The Window Film Company policy is to despatch all orders received before 1pm the same working day. Wherever possible, orders placed after this time will also be despatched the same day, but due to courier deadlines this cannot be guaranteed.

Please note that deliveries do not take place over the weekend, so orders placed on Friday will be due for delivery on Monday, whilst orders placed over the weekend will be despatched on the next working day. Orders are delivered by courier.

All orders come complete with fitting instructions and a plastic squeegee to aid installation.
